Life and career reinvention coach, known as "The Thread Finder," who works with women over 50 who know they're meant for something different but can't quite put their finger on what that is, even after trying to figure it out for years. She helps them find the thread running through everything they've lived and built, so they can move into their next chapter with one clear direction and the confidence to walk it.
Before launching her coaching practice, Marcela spent 30 years building an international career across five countries with organisations including the OECD, the European Central Bank, and companies in the life sciences industry. She reflects her clients' own words back to them in a way that makes them stop, recognise themselves, and finally see what they've been missing.
