For women who’ve outgrown
the life that once fit
You’ve done everything “right.”
Built the career. Been dependable. Pushed through. Held it all together.
But somewhere along the way, you stopped feeling connected to your own life.
This Might Feel Familiar
You’ve outgrown something — a role, a career path, a version of yourself — but you haven’t fully landed in what’s next yet.
So you keep circling.
Researching. Thinking. Starting and stopping.
Talking yourself into things, then right back out of them again.
Having multiple ideas, but not knowing which one to choose.
Beginning something, then losing momentum and questioning yourself again.
You think about it a lot, but don’t always follow through.
You’re not incapable.
You’re not lacking ambition.
What We Do Together
✔ I work with women who’ve outgrown something — a career path, work that no longer fits, or an old version of themselves — and are trying to figure out what comes next.
✔ Women who are thoughtful, capable, and constantly thinking things through, but stuck between knowing something needs to change and trusting themselves enough to move.
✔ Together, we get clear on what fits you now and what deserves your energy first.
✔ And when that includes building a business, I support you in creating something that feels sustainable, meaningful, and genuinely yours.
✔ No pressure to have it all figured out.
✔ No forcing.
✔ Just honest conversation, practical support, and meaningful movement toward work, a business, or a life that actually fits you.

A Little About Me
I’m Marcela.
Over the last 30+ years, I’ve worked across healthcare, business, and intergovernmental organizations in Slovakia, France, Germany, Switzerland, and Canada.
From the outside, much of my career looked successful. And in many ways, it was.
But I also know what it feels like to stay in work long after something inside you has started asking for more.
I know what it feels like to keep choosing what makes sense while quietly knowing something no longer fits.
And I know how much changes when you finally begin listening to yourself honestly.
That experience shapes everything I do now.
Ready to Find Your Direction?
You do not need to have everything figured out before reaching out. If something here resonated, let’s start with a conversation. You don’t need to be fully ready. Just ready enough to start.
