I know what it feels like to outgrow the life you once worked hard to build.

For a long time, I built a life that worked, but not one that fully felt like mine.

I worked across intergovernmental organizations in Slovakia, France, and Germany. Later in the pharmaceutical and medical device sector in Switzerland, and eventually within healthcare in Canada.

The Moment Things Began to Change

I remember accepting a promotion I didn’t truly want.

Before my mind had fully caught up, my body already knew.

There was tightness. Resistance. Something in me already knew. And still, I said yes.

Afterwards, I found myself asking a question I had been avoiding for years:

Why do I keep choosing what other people expect from me over what actually feels right for me?

That question changed everything.

Not overnight. But slowly, honestly, and deeply.

Years earlier, I had tried building something of my own. I trained as a massage practitioner and started a practice. I was excited by it — and terrified. At the time, I interpreted fear as proof that I wasn’t ready. So I walked away and returned to work that felt safer and more familiar.

Later, when I found myself standing at another crossroads, I approached things differently.

I stopped waiting for certainty before taking action.

I stopped believing confidence had to come first.

And I stopped trying to figure everything out alone.

Instead, I gave myself permission to explore. I returned to photography. I wrote more. I started creating without needing every step mapped out in advance. Slowly, I began building a life and way of working that felt more honest. More sustainable. More mine.

Learning to Trust Myself Again

What I Bring to This Work

I hold a BSc in Business Administration, an MSc in Pharmaceutical Medicine, and I’m an ICF-certified coach.

I know what it feels like to:

  • navigate career transitions

  • rebuild after burnout

  • question your direction

  • reinvent yourself in new countries and new stages of life

  • want something different but feel afraid to choose it

My approach is honest, grounded, and deeply human.

I pay attention not only to what you say, but to the patterns, fears, and truths underneath it.

Together, we untangle the pressure and overthinking so you can hear yourself clearly again.

Not by abandoning yourself again.
But by finally learning to trust yourself.

A Few Things About Me

I’m also a photographer, and creativity continues to be one of the ways I stay connected to myself outside of work.

I’ve lived and worked in multiple countries, and that experience deeply shapes how I see change, identity, and reinvention.

I believe meaningful change often happens through small decisions repeated consistently over time.

I believe women deserve work that fits the life they actually want to live.

Some Fun Facts About Me

I am obsessed with photographing birds and have no problem:

  • Walking around a park in circles to get the perfect shot (yes, my husband is happy to join me; ask him!)

  • Standing beside a blooming tree for hours to capture a bird feeding on its nectar (no, my husband is not happy to join me).

  • I write bird-inspired life articles on Medium, which only my friends read because they have to.

  • I love playing tennis, but as I age, a 30-minute game has become ideal for me without feeling my hip joints. I prefer not to be so intimately aware of my anatomy.
